    Dearest Lily, you are adorable.. both physically and spiritually! What a sweet little Maltese, Toy Poodle mix girl you are, so cute in all those great photos AND drawing. How nice to see you and your dear Dad cuddling! And what a delightful personality you have, too! As your dear Mom says, you're "a small dog (six pounds, 11 oz., to be exact) who has a heart the size of Texas." You have been a Therapy Dog volunteer for more than seven years now, visiting and bringing joy to people in nursing homes, hospitals, cancer centers, mental health facilities, college campuses, libraries, and elementary schools. What a terrific job you do, and what a tremendous gift for it you have! You and your dear parents all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you have!

    Congratulations, darling Lily, on being chosen today's Dog of the Day! We hope you and your dear parents and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

    Lily is the most precious, special and magical little being ever! It was impossible not to fall in love with your darling Lily straight away. What an incredible DOTD!!
