Thank you for your kind comments.

Let me give you some background information on us. My boyfriend and I adopted Leiloo almost 3 years ago (she'll be 3 the 20th of this month) from the loca Humane Society when she was only 2 months old. She was a timid little girl, terrified of everything that moved but with a trainer/friend of mine advice we were able to overcome that and I am very proud to say she does therapy work at hospitals now. She has also been the perfect foster mom to various timid strays that have wandered into our lives and hearts.

Gizzy was the foster who wouldn't leave. He was found near a paint ball site with his siblings and mother dead by paint ball guns. He was terrified of people, especially kids, and I didn't have it in me to give him to someone who might worsen his already rather large baggage. He passed away very peacefully in my arms one day after a few weeks of suffering from kidney problems. It came very suddenly and drastically and while I was prepared to fight, his tiny body simply wasn't. He is greatly missed by both Leiloo and me.
