I know exactly what you mean when you say that your beautiful girl is a loving 60lb. lap dog; my boy is too!
He love people & other dogs & attention & loves his loving! If you greet him on his walk you've made a friend for life!
Roxy is a gorgeous gir & it's your neighbor's loss that they don't want to get to know how loving your baby doll can be.

Sorry Roxy you are very cute and look very much like a Yellow Labrador Retriever to me the best way to show the world how great Bully Breeds are is have them excel in obedience.Also if you have it its very good to get a Canine Good Citizen ship certificate on Roxy proof they are great dogs Good Luck Happy Training.
