That is an old air conditioner cover that I recycled Elyse , and in the bottom is a nice little area where they are out of the cold, and where I caught Josephine of Many Names.
I also recycled the Big Teddy Bear head from a man who used to make Teddy Bears and sell them at shows.
All My Cats when they go on the Moose the MagnifiCat Memorial Porch love to sleep on Wiinie The Pooh Bear.
