They are plastic and probably old. The came with the house when I moved in in 2006.
No matter what anyone does, someone some where will be offended some how!!!!

Okay, so they are vertical blinds. I wasn't sure. Cats do love blinds.
I think I would have to agree with Frankie, he looks so sweet and innocent. He was framed!

To be fair, I'm sure Frankie was lead astray by Chip. Even though he is now a year and half old, Chip refuses to settle down any. He is teaching Frankie everything he knows.
The blinds originally looked like the ones behind Winnie and Angel in their pics in my siggy.
