In case anyone was wondering, there is no settlement today. There was nothing forthcoming to my lawyer before noon today and then their office closed for the long weekend. So even if something was sent I will not receive word of it until Tuesday. I do not anticipate the questioning next Friday will go ahead. So again it is more hurry up and wait. That's ok though, I have loads of patience and I will see this thru to the end. Thanks again all for your support.

This is what they lovingly refer to as the FAMILY DAY WEEKEND. Theoretically you're supposed to be doing something with your family on Monday. As I recall it's because a number of years back our Provincial Premier's son got into trouble with drugs and died. Something along those lines anyway. The questioning was rescheduled again to March 14th, at my demand. His side is apparently working on a reply to our settlement proposal and wanted more time. I want to keep the questioning on the table so they continue to make progress. So more hurry up and wait. Which is OK I guess, it's too cold and snowy to buy a house right now anyway. Always looking at the bright side!
