Miquelito and Pouncierge sit in front of the stand up vent, which was standard until someone put in floor vents.
To me anyways this is a better way for the heat to come out.

And our Cats even with their fur coats lose heat faster than we do, so that is why Samantha wants that flow of warm air!!!
