Be still my heart! I've always had a soft spot for you Aussie Cattle Dogs...your amazing athleticism, boundless energy and love for life; your deep devotion to your people and oh, that face! Not to mention you're the spitting image of a dear, much loved pup pal of mine who just happens to be an Australian Cattle Dog mix named Cricket!

We can't thank your SC rescuer enough for saving you from the most horrific, unthinkable of fates, nor your wonderful family, for adopting you and providing you with the happiest, most loving of forever homes! I don't doubt for a minute that it was more than mere coincidence that led them to you to that fateful day, so far from their home; you and your family were destined to be together, Cricket! I look at that shot of you bounding through that field with unbridled joy and my heart sings, knowing that one most deserving doggie is living the good life, the bestest life a pup could ever hope for!
