We might get snow on Sunday, and there's a possibility of a little tomorrow afternoon ... But as of last Sunday, Lady's Human reported they had 4 inches of "flurries" on the ground, with more predicted all week!
I'll take a nice hot chai, please! Put out the last of the leaf bags for the season today, as I mentioned over in the "does it feel like winter" thread ... and many of them were frozen to the grass and needed some persuading to be moved - in broad daylight. The frost never cleared from the grass in much of my yard today at all, despite the fact that it was a bright, sunny day! It's supposed to be about 12 F tonight here, a good night to be grateful for a home and heating system. The Boston shelters are prepping as best they can, and will have vans patrolling the street trying to get the homeless to stay someplace warm for the night.
