    You're doing everything you can for her and I hope she'll remain comfortable and will be with you much longer than your vet has predicted.

    That's what Boo was on and he was bone thin, too. I cut his methamizole in half but gave it to him every day and it seemed to help. Hyperthyroid cats are thin and the meds will keep her heart from racing. I sure hope that she proves your vet wrong, too, Donna.

    She started vomiting this morning, all frothy fluid. She eats, drinks and uses the box, so I'm now certifiably worried. If the vomiting keeps up, I'm calling the vet.

    I'm so sorry to hear this. Your vet might suggest that you start giving her pepcid. I have to give this to Storm at night and I give him half a pill wrapped in part of a pill pocket. He doesn't have Murphy's problems but he does have tummy issues and so far it's worked out well. Good luck.

    I'm sorry to hear about Murphy. I'm saying a prayer that she will feel better today. Hang in there sweet Murphy.
