God bless your people for their selflessness and compassion, giving one most deserving doggie a chance at happiness! What a lucky family is yours, having a Velcro pup, a pack leader as devoted, as people, life and critter loving as you! I smiled out loud as I read how you love to take the lead on those walks! My Husky blend Cody, now at the Rainbow Bridge, did exactly the same, looking back every minute or so to be sure we were all in line and accounted for, and of course, not letting any of us take the lead!
