Thanks so much. It means a lot. I called on the way to work to see how he was doing. He's sleeping and breathing a little easier. I had told Nancy the pet psychic that he was very sick and she wanted a pic. She got it and said he was feeling so much joy. He was saying ihe knows I love him. I don't have to keep telling him. I do that all the time. She said he is very strong mentally and he was really clear to read. She said since he had been sedated, it was hard to read his body. She also said he was 110% sure I loved him. Before he always wondered just a tiny bit, like 1%. She said he's at peace and very happy. She told me that's a gift. Most people contact her wondering if their dog loved them and was happy. She told her friend that she was feeling so happy from reading him. He's sending out such joy. Before I left him this afternoon, I opened up the door to his oxygen kennel and petted him. He perked up and looked so happy. Whatever happens at least I know he's happy and at peace.

I miss you

I talked to the surgeon. He says sometimes they never find what causes this. I had forgotten about Dasher starting to stumble the last few days until he asked me if Dasher had been falling or having trouble walking. His right back leg gives out just a little every once in a while. Its possible this is a neurological problem and that could get worse. Or maybe enough oxygen wasn't getting to his brain? Anyway, tomorrow morning I sign papers for his operation. He'll have to stay there at least one night, maybe two. I have to work tomorrow night but I'm off next two days. Taking tonight off. I'm going to go see him in just a bit and I'll give him all the love he's gotten here  I'm going to go get our pics after the vet. I'm so glad I did that. The main thing is him waking up from being put under. Its rough on older dogs and he's almost 12. Life is full of chances. I took a chance adopting him. Now one more. He's worth it.
