Raglan, you are such a beautiful boy. I'm so glad you and your brother Xavier were able to find a happy home together. I'm glad I don't have to look after your gorgeous coat, but it sure is pretty to look at. After that awful beginning, you deserve a life full of treats and rides and lying around on the couch. And I sure do wish I could see you bounce, it must be so cute. Congratulations wonderful Raglan, on being our DOTD.

Raglan and Xavier, I've sure enjoyed meeting both of you today! I don't know anything about the afghan hound so I liked reading about how you can bounce! I like the picture of you with your ribbons and beads too. Your coats are amazing and how wonderful that your caring family has learned to provide the care they need to keep you handsome. Happy Dog of Day to you, beautiful Raglan and Xavier! What a wonderfully inspiring "happy ending" story of rescue is yours! You two are simply precious (love the hair bling, hehe)! And after a very tough, unspeakably sad start in life, you're finally living the life you both so richly deserve! As your Mom says, the ability of our canine bes friends to rebound, to learn to love and trust again after being subjectd to such horrific abuse is an inspiration to us all. Many thanks to your rescue group, and to your forever family, for welcoming not just one but two such deservering doggies into their home and hearts! I'm sooo glad you two boys were able to stay together. And in return your family is doubly blessed, with love! And after your Mommy's description of your beauty routine, I promise never again to complain about having to "do" my hair!
