Happy Dog of the Day to you, precious Miss Penny! What a beautiful, brave girl you are! I'm all teary eyed, looking at your heart melting photos, reading your incredible story of rescue. You had such a horrific start at life sweetheart but yes indeed, sad stories can have happy endings!

How proud you look, posing in your star stripes bandanna, how sweet you look, resting so comfortably. What love I see on that gorgeous face! And what a smart girl you were Penny, finding your way to the police station! We can't thank your rescue group, especially Cathy, enough, for sticking with what other shelters might label an "unadoptable" dog! And to your wonderful family, for opening up their home and hearts to such a deserving doggie! As so many of us know, it's only a matter of finding that perfect fit forever family! How well your family's compassion has been rewarded, having known your unconditional love and devoted companionship these many years, with many more yet to come!

I'm so sorry to hear you've lost your beloved fur pals, Jerry and Jasper. But happily you still have Pikachu, pup pals Venus the boxer, Luna and Stella the beagles, and Casey the Golden Retriever...and your devoted sister/puppy, Erika Yes, Penny's Pack is one lucky bunch, having you as their best friend and soul mate, for life!
