Happy Dog of the Day, Happy Chinese New Year, to you beautiful Bolo boy...make that Big Bear! How pefectly you were named, for you truly are one strong boy, in body and spirit! Will you be my Valentine? I would be honored! I'm with Daisy and Delilah, taking that jump through my monitor! A zillions kisses on that beautiful, sweet, smooshie face of yours, Bolo! No, we can't call your former humans family. Shame on them!!! I was horrified when I read of your scarring, so unspeakable was your abuse. Thankfully you found your way out of that house of horrors, and into the most loving and caring forever home a doggie could ever hope for! And while you may forever bear those physical scars, blessedly, miraculously, your indomitable spirit survived unscathed! How anyone could emerge from such circumstances still able to love and trust is simply amazing! You truly are a gentle giant! What an inspiration you are sweetheart, and your wonderful family as well! We can't thank them enough for rescuing you and your sister, both!
