We have Scrabble, which wasn't very expensive, and it is great because we can pass it back and forth between us when we are waiting somewhere, or I can play against the computer when I am killing time in line for something!

I have an iPhone, so a lot of the apps I use wouldn't work (or wouldn't work as well) on an iPod Touch. With that caveat, here are a few of my favorites:

Paper Toss (Toss a wad of paper into a wastebasket. Addictive!)

Haha, it's fun playing Bubblewrap in waiting rooms. The looks you receive when violently poking your iPod over and over always makes waiting a little more interesting.

I believe Frotz is my favorite app. Along with Sudoku and various books I have on mine.
