Thanks everyone. I had used winkflash and snapfish but had forgotten to try shutterfly. I uploaded the original and a couple of ones that I cropped and sent her the links.

I had found that formula and using the 300dpi formula also, Kokopup. But they had not figured out the 11x14 for me. I guess I was too lazy to try to figure that out for myself. I think that you explained it a little more simply than the two sites I had found. But thanks so much for doing that. My SLR is more than 6 megapixels, so I hope that it works out for them.
