    Believe it or not but he is a portie!!! He comes from a good breeder too, one who shows and everything. Apparently it is a recessive gene of some sort that goes back to when the portie first came over to North America and they were crossed with flat coats and newfies.... who knew?!

    Wow! That's so interesting!!! My dad mentioned that he really likes the breed.... he has a fishing friend that has one, and really liked the dog.
