Baked flounder fillets and oven fries - a lot better than last night's dinner.
Woo-hoo! It's actually cool enough to turn the a.c. off (first since June), and use the oven again. I don't do ovens in hot weather even with the a.c. on.

So jealous (and drooling!!). I haven't had a funnel cake in about 4 years! Our Allentown Fair is starting, so I'll definitely have to go there and get one!The fair is in town so I plan on having a dozen or so funnel cakes for dinner.
