I couldn't imagine WHY the car's occupants didn't just *start 'er up* and drive away
before the Valets trashed the car carrier.

THEN I read the fine print:
The baboons at Knowsley Safari Park ( http://www.knowsley.com/s_park )
have taught themselves how to open roofboxes on the top of visitors cars as they go through.
Visitors with the boxes are now advised to take the car friendly route and
to demonstrate why we produced a press release with a box set up by staff.

I think it should be "let's go unpack the car" and go to the wild animal park
