That is a familiar sight at my house. I have a sliding door that faces South and the sun beats in a good part of the day. If I have the vertical blinds closed, Buddy sleeps between the blind and the door. I love to pick him up when he is all toasty warm from the sun and put my face into his fur.

We had a lot of sun, for a change, this weekend and Zing would lay by the door for about 10-15 minutes, then go find somewhere to cool off, and then go back to the sun.Cats are solar powered after all....

It is a known fact that sunbeams grow cats! If you see a sunbeam, pretty soon a cat sprouts in that exact location! By the way, the floor looks good to me. We are in the middle of a renovation that had to be put on hold for financial reasons. Our floor is half torn up, and that's ugly!

So that's what I'm doing wrong! (or right, depending on which day you ask me. LOL) Yes, that's a familiar sight in this household as well. A patio room w/lots of windows and sun. Cat heaven.
    Blessings,
    Mary

Tinky and Mack both like their underarms scratched...they stretch their paws way out when I scratch their pitties.

THAT'S how it works! I have a cat-growing spot between the curtains and the sliding glass door. If you look closely on a sunny afternoon, you can see a rump of cat absorbing the sun. I'll try to get a photo.

What a precious kitty! Please deliver some rubrubrubs on that warm tummy for me!
