Well I asked my neighbors and noone knows where Scrappy Apple belongs.

I hate to think of this Cute Tiny Kitten wanderfing around this neighborhood with Dogs, Possums and Cats with FIP and FELV
around.
I will keep feeding Scrappy Apple and maybe I will have to poof him, if they let him out in dangerous situations.
I hate to see Little Kittens where they could get ill , like Ebony Beau Tubster.
