Goodness, it's so easy to step on or accidentally kick a cat because they're so good at making themselves invisible. My blackie Boo is an expert at this. I call him Boo Underfoot because of it. Try not to feel so bad. I know, it's easy for me to say but I'm sure we've all stepped on kitties at one time or another. But for someone to have shot at her, well, that's another story.
