I hate to say it but if “If (Baldwin) gets out, your little kid is next.” is an accurate quote I can see how Gable would take that as a threat.
If, he didnt report it to the police and has done more then just having you removed from the courthouse with the reason he see's you as a threat to his child, HAND HIM HIS A$$ on a platter!

Sorry for confusing everyone. Gable is the defense attorney in the serial cat killer case. He harassed me throughout the entire trial. I'm filing a harassment suit and asking that he be repirimanded and my grievance be made a permanent part of his record. I told ya this ain't over.
If anyone wants to read all about it, go google Jay Baldwin. The articles will be there so you can see how much he harassed me.
Oh, and for the record...I said, "If he gets out, your child COULD be next" I've already reprimanded the reporter who printed it. She stands by what she wrote even though there were at least 6 or 7 people who will vouch for what I said.

If you have that many witnessness to being misquoted, if you have not, I would write the reporter and ask officially something be printed to fix it, and if she will not, get that in writing too. Perhaps you can sue for slander/libel (I forget which one refers to the printed word).
Approaching from all directions, even roundabout ones, at times can be helpful.
