Ekans! It took me a minute, but I get it now -- your name is "snake" backwards! Very clever, and a lovely name for a gorgeous boy.

I was sorry to hear about your early life with people who didn't understand or appreciate how you needed to be treated, but am so glad that you and Heather have found one another and that you're being so beautifully cared for now.

I hardly ever look at pets other than cats, but Ekans, you are a very handsome guy! Your scales are beautiful and you have lovely eyes.

Don't know a lot about snakes, but apparently you didn't have a good home before. Sounds like you are living the good life now with all the accessories!

Happy Pet of the Day, Ekans! What a magnificent creature you are, even more awesome in motion! I so enjoyed reading about your rags to riches story, of the happy and LOVE filled life you lead! Thank goodness your human came along when she did, rescuing your from that dreadful place, those uncaring, neglectful "owners!" But those sad days are but a distant memory; you found your forever home!
