I hate when companies change their formulas or ingredients! Why do we need 'new and improved' when we could just have 'old and reliable'??

I had the same thing happen with Iams quite some time ago. About that same time we started getting clients in who thought their pets were sick, and turns out that most of the 'sick' pets were eating Iams during that formula change, food change solved the problem. *sigh*
