I only know how in using Photobucket and it's done like this:

Tick the box(es) under the pictures you want. Scroll down to the bottom and click the 'Generate HTML and IMG code' button.

On the resulting page copy the link(s) in the 'IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards - recommended' and paste into your PT post.

Easy really.
