Guys, don't worry I'm not stupid... I know to limit her activity, and that's exactly what I'm doing. She stays in our bedroom all day away from the other animals and only goes outside supervised. Her activity level now versus last week is close to none.
Also tried calling the vet but they were closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Well, the receptionist is there but no vets (and they don't have techs, its a very small clinic). I left a message and will be calling again Monday. She is in no pain and the incision is healing beautifully.

yeah umbilical hernias can cause mental problems, it did with a catahoula named Kavu we adopted out where I work. he's awesome but he's always been slow but I love him.
