This photo of you is so wonderful, it shows off your glorious colors. And it is a very sharp, clear photo. So we are able to truly appreciate how absolutely dashing you were!

Flaring at strangers or intruders into your hooman's room, making large bubble nests, eating dried blood worms, you had a very busy time here. And you and your girl really enjoyed and appreciated one another! That is a very wonderful thing for a betta to have, a home which makes him very happy!

Take an extra lap about the pond up there at the Bridge today and build a nice bit bubble nest as you celebrate on your special day.

I must be honest and confess that I didn't even know what a betta is. Such a beautiful fish! The colors are incredible and reading the story of Dasher made me wonder what I've been missing all these years. I'm sorry that Dasher is no longer w/us but I'm sure he's having the time of his life swimming free.

Dasher truly was an astonishingly beautiful fishy. I so enjoyed reading about how much fun it can be to live with a fish as I have never had one, but then again maybe Dasher was just very, very special. Obviously he had a real fondness for his Mommie and was prime candidate for Pet of the Day. I would think the Rainbow Bridge sports a fantastic pond for all the fishies to play and that Dasher is blowing bubbles now and then.
