Thanks, everyone. I love the "battle of the butts," we've started using the phrase now!

We haven't resorted to sitting on the floor; YET. Fortunately, everyone, cat and dog, is a lap pet, so with a little consoling they quickly settle on our laps.

Ahaha those pictures are so great. But I know where you are coming from, difference we only have four critters to take up our furniture. My father plays battle of the butts with my cat Bobo sometimes lol you'll have to just start sitting on them and see if they'll move after that...haha just kidding don't sit on them lol

These are so sweet! If you want the best seat in the house you'll have to move someone. Sugar and Lacey, you might slide over a bit and let your granddad share, since it's his chair And Cuddles is giving a look I know well ... "If you want to sleep on this bed you'll have to contort yourself around me!"
