    Oh George, what a sweet baby boy you are. And as all of us who own labby mixes know, you're just going through your awkward stage right now; in a few months you will be absolutely beautiful. Sorry to hear about your surgeries, but so glad that your loving family takes good care of their precious Georgie. Hope you have many happy years together. Hugs and treats for you today (some of which you might hide in their socks). Congratulations on being our DOTD.

My Retriever loving heart went squish when I clicked on your photo! Endlessly fetching tennis balls, swimming your heart out, enjoying every moment of life with unbridled enthusiasm, that's a Retriever for you I'm sorry to hear of your health challenges George but as your Mom/Dad has said, in true Retriever style, you've faced them all with such courage, such heart!
