Oh, Robyn, I am so, so sorry. Seems like a few of the PT dogs are passing unexpectedly lately. It's extremely hard to deal with when it is kind of expected, let alone when it's just sudden like this.

The pain will ease over time, trust me, but it never truly goes away. There are still times when I cry over Tango and wish so badly she was here, and it's been a couple of months already. Just try to think of all the good times you had with him. Again, I am very sorry. ((((hugs)))).

I am also in shock, and deeply saddened by the sudden loss of your Jasper. He was always a favorite of mine (all three of your pups were). Such an unexpected loss is so hard to deal with. Many {{{Hugs}}} and prayers are going out for you, Robyn, and your whole family.

I am so sorry, I saw his name & hoped it was some other dog, not your boy. Wow, he went really quickly, at least you know whatever it was, he didn't suffer. Our sympathies to you & your family. He was far too young.

I am soo sorry for your loss. This thread just makes me loss for words.

When I first came to PT, Jasper & your crew were the first pups I seen on here. I always LOVED seeing pictures of Jasper.

Thank you all for your posts, thoughts and prayers. I've read them all a few times, but couldn't find the words to post.

Val, thank you, the picture is beautiful.

I am very thankful that I was at Jasper's side during all of this, and that he wasn't in any pain. I still kick myself for not listening to my instinct and going on an emergency vet visit. But, whether it would of helped or not, "what ifs" don't help.

Some of you may know that I lost my soul-cat, Tigger, less than a year ago. Also suddenly. This house feels too big, too quiet, and too empty. We all miss them so much.

Thank you all, again. I miss PT very much, and all of you remind me why.
