Thank goodness you survived the fire, Gizmo! My heart breaks for your family, having lost their home, but blessedly your guardian angel was by there by your side that frightening night, saving you from an unspeakable fate! Happily, it sounds as though all is well with your family now and as debnannie has so wisely reminded us, home truly is where the heart is! What a inspirational story of triumph over tragedy!
