Chico, better late than never. I saw your picture early this morning but had no time to congratulate you. I am so glad that PT's chi owners have gotten to see you today and send you their congratulations. Of course I am just smitten by your picture and bio. Is it fair that a dog can be this cute? You might get a smile out of this Chico. I was just riding along a highway on my way home tonight and there was a billboard with a chihuahua on it, and the chi was showing his/her teeth. The sign was for a security system and said "You might want to re-think you security system." I at that! I wish you happiness always Chico and some salmon in your dish any time you want it. Congrats to you sweetie!
