Oh poor sweet girl! I have a special fondness for calicos. If she was matted that badly, it's doubtful that she was outdoors only a day or two. And if she has a collar, you would think that an ad would have been placed by her family that should be looking for her. I, for one, hope you get to keep her. You've already taken such good care of her. But I wouldn't want her family to go without her if they truly lost her due to no fault of their own.
