Y'know, years ago when I was married we lived next door, so to speak, to a man who had a mini farm and his guinea hens kept coming over to my yard to feed at my bird feeder and eventually, they all roosted in my trees. They all picked on one little guy, whom I named Rocky because he was such a tough li'l guy, and they wouldn't allow him to feed w/them or be anywhere near them. So he learned to come and feed after they left for a while and he would squawk like crazy during the entire walk from my neighbor's property to mine. He was so tiny that I could hold him in the palm of my hand and I have little hands. Well, Rocky just loved me and would follow me all over the property, squawking the whole time, as if to say "I trust you but just in case I'm gonna make a lot of noise to try to scare you". He was the cutest thing and became somewhat of a pet until he grew up, then he didn't bother w/me any more. (typical male) But I lived in the country, so having a guinea hen or chicken was no big deal. Sure wish you could keep Cheepers. And I'll tell ya, if he was a guinea hen, he'd make a great burglar alarm. They're loud!
