Actually - the little brat is fine! I think because Pyka spent a lot of the last month not at home, and the month before that just unwell and being hand-fed...Shiney got used to being more independent.

The only thing we have noticed is that Shiney isn't sleeping with Mom at night any more...she used to have one on her left, and one on her right!

In a way, I am glad - I would hate to see him pine away. I am glad for mom's sake that he is sassy, noisy and insistent!
