Outrageous shipping costs

I have found some AWESOME cribs at local yard sales and second hand shops. When are you do (I forget

) Cam's already outgrowing his crib, and its in great shape. (oh yeah, its on its lowest setting and already he's developing strong enough arm muscles to push himself up on the bars. It won't be long before he figures out that he can push himself up and over

I liked it because it was the convertible crib and it wasn't $300 lol.

I am due September 23rd.... so it's coming up soon lol. We are starting to set up the nursery this weekend.

I just CAN'T believe that shipping charge. it's crazy lol

I found the same thing with a stadium seat I wanted and then I found it on amazon and the shipping was cheaper. Try jcpenney.com they routinely offer free shipping or if you go to I think deals.com they have coupons for free shipping.

The crib I am getting at walmart is a simplicity convertable too, aspen I think is the name. I'll look for the link. They have it in the store, and it's around $130-$150 I think.

I looked on walmart.com last night but I didn't see any simplicity.... of course this was JUST before bedtime lol so it's entirely possible I missed it.

Walmart has a thing where if you have it sent to the store it is free shipping.

They do have it in our store, so I don't have to have it shipped. But one thing I like about walmart is that if they don't have it in the store you can have it shipped to your local walmart for free. I have done that before with an item, and it worked out really well. They just send you an email when it comes in.

What a deal for the whole set. It's not the convertable crib but wow that's awesome. and I love the wood finish.

I lied.... it IS convertable also.
