Haven't been much in Cat Health lately so I'm shocked to read that Mishi's end was so near - and that he crossed to Bridge now. You cared for him wonderfully and he left with the knowledge that he's very much loved. He's at peace now after a long time of illness and suffering.
I just read the entire thread and the ups and downs you went through remined me a lot of my final weeks with my RB Katz. But when the day came, I just knew it. She may have already greeted Mishi at the Bridge now, and maybe they are looking down at us now and sending us some gentle purrs.

but I'm glad that it was a very peaceful passing. Now he's pain free and probably playing with every cat that will let him. You did the unselfish thing by letting him go and I'm sure that he loves you even more for this. I'm so glad that I was able to meet him in person and I'll never forget him. RIP sweet Mishi boy.
