Thanks everyone! Yep Staci I did manage to get pretty sunburned, most of it was from Florida.

Great photos Amy!![]()
Craig is from southern California, isn't he?
How long did it take him to drive to Utah?
Was it Frankie's first time seeing snow?

I agree that the photos are great! Frankie and I had a great time out there, and I highly recommend that anyone visiting Utah should go to the Timpanogos Cave National Monument! There is a 1000' climb to the entrance, but it's well worth it.Originally Posted by Vermontcat

I drove straight through only stopping to get gas and let Frankie do her thing and we made it in just over 10 hours (not including the +1 hour time change). Left at 3 am, found the campgrounds, wandered around, and had camp set up by 3 pm![]()
It was Frankie's first time seeing snow and she absolutely loved it! I'll definitely be taking her more often and I'll have to drag Riley along at least once to play in the snow. Riley has pretty bad hip dysplacia, so she gets left behind when there's hiking in the agenda.![]()

Craig, thanks for the reply.
I know you posted some photos of your trip too, I will have to check them out tomorrow.
I finally just caught up with Amy and Kay's photos tonight and it's pretty late so I will have to wait until tomorrow to catch up with your travel pics.
I'm impressed that you made such a long trip from sunny southern California to snowy Utah.
It looks like you and Frankie had a great time so I'm sure it was worth the long trip there.![]()
