I think she misread your ad. I heard that she thought the job was for someone experienced in shredding (as in sensitive materials). She read it as experienced in shedding. Quite possibly, though, your new assistant might also have some shredding skills as well. Nevertheless she would probably benefit from a pair of spectacles.
