I have had 2 bladder stone cats. Thumper (many years ago) and Rutherford. Both did very well after surgery. the secret is (afterward) having the stoned analyzed and then feed strictly what the doctor orders. (and the recalled food would not have been a cause of this problem. I am sure the stones have been forming for quite some time before they were discovered - as is usually the case)
