We use a long fishing net on our pond. It'd reach down there no problem. I suppose if you had a length of hose that was 3 inches in diameter you could start a syphon and suck a few fish out of hiding.

Me and my friend always use a long 5' fishing net that extends, we got it at the petstore for 20.00 and it works great, and the pond we fish in is about 5 feet deep too. We also get dirty though lol, we always have sandals on and go right in the water![]()
I know to some people that would be gross lol, but we're country hick girls lol.

WHOOHOO....FIVE DOWN!!I JUST DRAINED MY POND DOWN SOME, IT WAS DUE FOR A PARTIAL ANYWAY AND SENT MY TWO OLDEST BOYS IN FISHING
OF COURSE I WAS A LITTLE PERTURBED WHEN I SAW ONE OF MY BOYS THROW TWO BACK BECAUSE HE WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THEM

IT DID NOT STRESS MY KOI AND ADULT SHUBYS OUT AS MUCH AS I THOUGH IT WOULD THEY SEEMED TO JUST MOVE OUT OF THE WAY,NO THRASHING. NOW TO CATCH THE REST AND TAKE THEM TO THE PET STORE.![]()
