Definitely get her to the vet right away! Blockages don't generally clear up on their own, at least for very long. You may need to change the kind of food she's eating, but only urinalysis can determine precisely what change needs to be made.

Cats don't show that they're feeling bad until they're in VERY rough shape. Get her to the doctor before she sustains permanent damage.
