What a wonderful way to spend Duke's birthday. I agree with Pat, I am sure he was watching and approved of the tribute. I can't help smiling every time I see Dasher. He is obviously such a happy boy in his new home. It looks like you have another beach-lover on your hands.

Oh my Dasher, you had such a fun time. Bet that beach roll was better than you could imagine, he he. Now you just have to make sure mom takes you there a LOT.

How nice that they offer a dog wash area! I am impressed, I've never seen that before.

These made me feel both teary and happy. Dasher seems so much like he belongs with you. I know how hard the trip must have been for you Val, but I hope also it was healing in its own way. Dasher is such a beautiful labbie boy with a wonderful smile. It lifts my heart to think of him giving you smiles and laughter. I'm so very glad you have that special boy.
