    Liquorice the Swimmer!

    Liquorice, you are beautiful! Such a shiny, black coat. When I saw your photo I thought you might be a black Labrador, but I am wrong. I really like your tail, too. I don't believe I've ever met a flat-coat retriever before, and I'm quite certain I have never met a dog from South Africa before! It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance today. I hope you get to have a fun swim or a nice walk in the vineyard today on your special day! Please ask your family to give you a pat for me. Happy Dog of the Day!
