Just for anyone here who doesn't know....do NOT use hydrogen peroxide, especially on puncture wounds. The "foaming" action can drive bacteria deeper into the wounds.

Really?? I guess I'd better tell my mom. She's ALWAYS used peroxide on all of us.....animals included. Huh, you learn something new everyday. Thanks for the info.

oh no poor guy, his nose looks sore!!!! ya peroxcide is the worst you can use, we found this out when my mom was diagnosed years ago with diabetes and the dr told us this, we never knew, we had always used it.
