All I know ios what is in the email. i am assuming it is located in or near kansas city misssouri since that was the rescue that posted it.

She or he never emailed me back.What's with these people who don't reply to people who are being nice and offering advice.

Sadly every once in a while a Cat will come by the Found Cat Paradise Hotel because thier so called Guardians love has gone.
Thats so sad that they cannot put covers on the cords and have more compassion for a Cat who is ill.
I hope and pray that that poor Cat can find a home where he is truly loved.
