Moving and quitting my job... :-(

Well, I talked to my boss, and she told me she would fire the person. So now I'm not sure what to think. I think I am going to stay, but just plan to move to the Lower Mainland one day.

Good for you for talking to her about all this. Maybe there will be some resolutin now. And in spite of all the stress, you've begun to look at options for the future ! Best wishes, whatever your decision.

Really happy that things seem to be taking a turn for the better. Sounds like your boss is really serious about keeping you on, a valuable employee is hard to replace. Good luck whatever you decide.
