I got her! She's gorgeous, and is indeed a white faced tiel. So good so far, Tiki and her are already chirping at each other. The lady was VERY nice and very sad to see her go. She said that if I have any problems to give her a call or email and we will work it out.
I'm on the fence about if it is actually a female...I guess she talks, says "Pretty Bird" "Dirty Dirty Dirty bird" and "Hello". She does have a barred tail feather, but no other barring underneath.I will see if I can snap some pics a little later-don't want to freak her out any.
